INTRODUCTION
In addition to the standard application modules within the LBS
software it is possible to provide Site Specific processing which integrates completely with the rest of
LBS and which is launched from a common menu.
Use of a Site Specific Module should be considered whenever you require:
As the Site Specific module is completely separate to the other LBS modules it can be used as a vehicle to implement special processing or reports much more readily than if the processing were added to the core LBS product. Adding to the core product introduces delays due to the total size of LBS and the integration inherent therein.
PRICING
A nominal, one-time fee is charged for the creation of a Site Specific module and this
is used in determining Annual Support charges. This nominal fee, generally speaking, covers the cost of the programming necessary to achieve the initial objectives of the Site Specific
module.
Additional features can be added to the Site Specific module as required and the costs associated with providing these features will be advised to the user prior to commencement of programming etc.
Costs associated with any additional features will be added to the nominal fee for the Site Specific module for the purpose of valuing the Site Specific module for Annual Support.
Upgrades to Site Specific modules will be done automatically as part of each release upgrade and they will be distributed in the same manner as upgrades to the core LBS product.
