This is an innovative facility which enables you to protect and maintain your investment in application software.
It is available to all LBS users, both current and future, and allows for the continuing use of software which is both current and relevant in terms of technology and, the business needs of its user community.

LBS Rental is available for all LBS modules for a fixed base rental for a minimum of 4 modules, of which Cross Application Support must be one.

• Additional modules can be rented for a fixed rental fee each.
• Annual Support charges may be rented as part of the Rental Agreement.

When included as part of the Rental Agreement the cost of Annual Support diminishes across each of the first three years of the Agreement such that the fourth and succeeding years carry no additional charges for support.

LBS Rental provides a simple solution to the problem of large, one-time, lump sum payments previously required when installing or upgrading application software to help you manage your corporations business applications.

LBS Rental allows you to budget for your software expenditure, including such additional expenses as Annual Support and maintenance charges, with a degree of certainty not otherwise possible.

LBS Rental, combined with Annual Support charges, provides you with a unique monthly rental package which allows you to enjoy the following benefits:

• Lower Start-Up Costs

• LBS Software upgrades free of additional charge
• Unlimited telephone support
• Minimal Monthly charges for additional LBS modules

LBS Rental consists of three major components, these are:

• A fixed, minimum monthly rental fee for up to 4 LBS Modules of your choice, such as:

              -   Order Processing,
              -   Sales Analysis,
           -   Promotional Planning and
           -   Cross Application Support

• A fixed monthly rental fee for each additional LBS Module you elect to install
• Both of the above components may be inclusive or exclusive of annual support charges.
