Fixing Old and New Submission prices
What to do when the new or old price is incorrect on a Submission!
Step One:
Go to the Item Price List.
Select the Correct State and Price List.
Change the old and new price to the old price.
Change the effective date to today.
Step Two (Create a Dummy submission):
Go to Price Submissions.
Delete the last submission(s) you had a problem with.
Add a new submission with the effective date as today.
Add the Item to the submission.
Generate the submission.
The submission should now show the OLD price in the NEW price area.
Do NOT delete this dummy submission.
Step Three:
Go back to the Item Price List.
Select the Correct State and Price List.
Change the new price to the correct new price.
Change the effective date to the correct effective date (eg. Today's date plus at least one day).
Step Four (Create the actual Submission):
Go to Price Submissions.
Do NOT delete the previously entered dummy submission.
Add a new submission with the correct effective date (eg. Today's date plus at least one day).
Add the Item to the submission.
Generate the submission.
The submission should now show the correct OLD and NEW prices.
