PROBLEM
Sometimes when eUBF submissions are opened as an attachment to an email the
contents of the attachment is blank.
CAUSE
This happens due to that the email attachment is being opened before the email
is being sent.
SOLUTION
Once an email submission is created, the attachments must be SAVED and then
opened in the folder where they were saved. They must NOT be opened as an
attachment in the email if you are planning to send or forward the email to
another person.
