Percentage Change

Percentage Change is normally calculated on the Invoice amount if there
is no Deferred amount.
The Last Cost will be display if there is a Deferred amount.
Percentage Change will be calculated on the Last Cost amount.
Printed Forms
Percentage Change for the Invoice amount is displayed on the 5th line
under the Inv.Cost/Deferred columns.
If there is a Last Cost, Percentage Change for the Last Cost amount is displayed
on the 5th line under the Last Cost column.

Percentage Change = (New - Old) / Old * 100
