Import Data (File errors)

When importing data file errors could be encountered due to incorrect import
data file and or paths.

Verify the following:
- The ubf.ini file datadirectory entry must be pointing to where the UBF data
  is actually located eg. c:\ubf
- The import file must be in the UBF data folder eg c:\ubf
- The import file must not have any blank lines at the end of the file
  (Open the CSV file with NotePad or WordPad to verify the existence of any
  blank lines and, if necessary remove them from the file)
