Access Denied / Invalid Record Declaration <

If you are intermittently getting these errors and your data is on a Microsoft
Network the following should be checked:

Make sure all Users are out of the UBF/LBS program.

Check that the file does not have "Read Only" attribute checked.
Check to see if you have rights to modify the file:
-  Log in as administrator or
-  Try renaming the file to test your rights.

On the Server (xp/w2k/nt4) Select:
- Administrative Tools
- Computer Management
- Shared Folders
- Open Files
- - Check if the file is the list
- - Right click the File and select "Close Open File"


If the File is not in the List then you need to look at Opportunistic Locking:
