EANnet Pricing and States
When doing EANnet®Price Submissions, all States MUST be added to the same submission
for an Item. If doing an Item price change of one State, all the States pricing
must be resent on the same submission.
Therefore when sending a price increase, each state must be linked to the
previous submission sent.
This only applies to each "Price Type Code".
ie. If sending LIU, it is not necessary to send the TPR as well.
