Access Denied to DATA Files

This error is typically encountered during UBF startup and the error is
associated with the UBF_CFG.DAT or XA_NAD.DAT file.

Take note that the UBF.INI file is in the Windows folder which might cause
this problem as well.

This error could be caused by the following:

No User rights to that folder or file
-  This usually happens when the UBF is installed by the Administrator and
then when another User logs on and wants to use the program the error occurs.
Test your rights by trying to rename the file.
-  To resolve this the Administrator must either share the folder for full
   read/write/delete to the User.

Read Only rights to that folder
-  This usually happens on a shared networked folder.
-  Change the rights to read/write/delete

The UBF data files were copied from a backup CD

-  On some operating systems when files are copied from a CD the file attribute
   remains as Read Only.
- -  Open a DOS window.  Change directory to the UBF data folder.
- -  Run the command "attrib -r"
- -  All Read Only file attributes will be removed.
-  Alternatively use Windows Explorer and right click on the folder and
   select properties.
- -  Uncheck the "Read Only" attribute and click apply
- -  Select apply to this folder, sub folders & all files.
