GE ecXpress Modem connection problems
Some users cannot FTP their EANnet® batch files although they have dialed the
GE ecXpress FTP connection from the computer they are working on.
To overcome this problem there is a setting in the UBF.INI file that will
override the Internet connection check.
The UBF.INI file is loctaed in your Windows folder.
Locate the entry "UseLanConnection=0" and change it to UseLanConnection=1
Be aware that if you use the UseLanConnection=1 and you are not connected to
GE ecXpress via a modem, your FTP will NOT work via your network gateway if you
have a Networked Internet connection.
