Printer Setup for continous stationary Invoices
To print invoices to the standard predefined form the following settings are
required to obtain correctly formated data on the printout.
In the Windows Printer Setup section (Start/Settings/Printer)select:
- Add Printer and select a "Generic Text Printer" driver.
- Once the printer driver is installed, right click the icon and select:
- Properties then select the Paper Tab:
- Select the "US SF" (US standard fanfold 14 7/8 x 11 in)
- Paper source: Continous - Page Break
In your LBS application under File menu option set the default printer to
"Generic Text Printer" when you want to print Invoices to the printer.
