Some data missing
When you open your application you find that the list windows that used to
contain data are only half full or are empty.
This usually happens when a file indexing problem has occured.
What you need to do is:
1. Use the file maintenance utility in your application and reindex each file.
Note: The re-indexing could take a few minutes for each file if your data files
are very big.
DO NOT SWITCH OFF OR REBOOT THE COMPUTER WHILE THIS PROCESS IS RUNNING
