Message of UBF.INI not found - W2K/XP/NT
The message "UBF.INI not found" occurs when trying to open the
UBF application.
This happens when the User does not have Windows Access Rights to the file.
Another possibility is that the file does not exist in the c:\WinNT directory
or in the UBF data directory as specified in the ubf_cfg.dat file.
Please Note:
There are no access rights or permissions within the UBF.
All such rights and permissions are the perogative of the network or
operating system.
Do a test by logging out of the computer and then re-login as the Administrator.
