Nothing matches Selection Criteria
This message appears when trying to print reports.
Generally it is due to invalid report selection criteria but can be caused
by a genuine lack of data which matches the selection criteria.
Most reports prompt you for Selection Criteria, relative to the individual report,
prior to printing the report.
You should ensure that the selections made are valid before continuing.
ie. The relevant data exists in the database and at least one of
those records matches the selection criteria.
Try the report without making specific selections to ensure that some data does
in fact exist. If this is the case then choose individual selections, one at
a time, until the message re-appears or the report completes successfully.
The data file or files involved in the report may need to be re-indexed.
Care should be taken when selecting a Period/Month or Year.
Processing Periods relate to the start of your financial year eg 01 = JULY.
Processing Year relates to the year of the first period of your financial year
eg If your financial year starts in July 2001 - then the Processing year will
be 2001 until 30/06/2002
Calendar Months relate to January thru December.
Calendar Year relates to a particular January thru December period.
(The software translates the selected Calendar Month & Year into Processing
Period & Year automatically)
