Data missing or NO data or File not Found - Startup Path Problems
If when attempting to open your application you receive a message indicating
that a file can not be found it usually means your applications shortcut (icon)
has an incorrect setting or your path has not been set.
What you need to do is:
Shortcut
1. Locate the applications icon on the Windows Desktop and/or on the Start Menu.
2. Right click the icon and select Properties.
3. Verify and correct if necessary the "Target" which is the applications path
and name. eg C:\UBF\UBF.EXE
4. Verify and correct if necessary the "Start in" which is the applications path
to the data. eg. C:\UBF
UBF.INI File (Located in the "c:\windows" or "c:\winnt" folder)
For the UBF you should also ensure that the [DataPath] section of the
UBF.INI file contains the correct location for your data.

DataDirectory={Enter the path to where your data is located}
eg. DataDirectory=C:\UBF
