Locate by ... boxes on Lists
To locate individual records in a list a 'locator' function is usually provided
on the table displaying the details.
Where there is a 'Locate by ...' entry box at the top of a list, you may enter
a partial or whole part of the number or description that you want to locate.
Once the search data has been entered press the TAB key. (NOT the Enter key)
The required record or the closest matching record will be located and the
cursor (highlight bar) positioned to that entry in the list.
Example:

If the list does not have a "Locate by ...' entry box, press the key that matches
the first letter of the number or description that you want to locate.
If an entry commencing with that character exists, the cursor will automatically
locate to that record.
