Printer - Not all previewed pages are Printing
If you can see all pages correctly when using the Preview but not all of the
pages are printed then the problem originates after the actual printing has
been completed by the software.
When this is the case there is a problem with your Windows/Printer/Network
configuration or printer driver.
Printer driver corruption or an incorrect printer driver would usually be
identified by unusual characters that are printed. If you are on a network,
there could be a network configuration error.
If possible try and print from another computer to eliminate the problem
being on your computer. If no other computers are available, close the
application, shut the computer and the printer down. Restart both again.
Printer drivers used should be equivalent to:

Dot Matrix Printing IBM Proprinter XL II
