Printer is not printing

This issue can be caused for many reasons, some of these are shown below:

1.  Do you normally get a Print Preview when you press the Print Button?
If YES: Read from line 2 below.
If NO:  Read from line 3 below.

2.  When you pressed the Print Button, did the Print Preview display the report?
If YES: Read from line 3 below.
If NO:  Verify that your applications configuration options are still
correct. eg. Printer Type (Laser/Dot Matrix), Paper Size, Orientation

3.  When you pressed the Print Preview Print Button, did the Windows Print
Manager icon display on the right hand bottom side of the screen on the
Windows tray? (Sometimes it only flashes there for a few seconds.)
If YES: You then have a problem with you Printer Configuration in Windows.
If NO:  Verify that you have selected a Default printer in your applications
            configuration.

If possible try and print from another computer to eliminate the problem
being on your computer.  If no other computers are available, close the
application, shut the computer and the printer down.  Restart both again.

Check if anyone was working on your computers configuration or loaded a
new application.

As a last resort, from your installation CD, reload the *.exe file which is
giving the problem.  Generally speaking a printing problem that occurs is not
the exe's problem.  It is more than likely a network, printer or printer
configuration problem.
