Winzip - HOWTO zip a file/document with WinZip via Windows Explorer

Winzip must have been previously installed on your computer and if you don't
it you can download it via our Links Button)

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate through the Folder's (left side window) to locate the drive and
   directory where the file is to ZIP.
3. When the correct folder has been selected, scroll the right side window and
   locate the file that you wish to ZIP.
4. Right click on the file that must be Zipped.
5. A list prompt will come up. Select the "Add to Zip".
6. If you have an evaluation Winzip program, press the "I agree" button.
7. Under the "Add to archive" box press the "New" button. A new option window
   will open.
8. Click the "Create" drop down box and navigate to where you want to save the
   ZIP file.
9. In the "File Name" box enter the new ZIP file name.
10. Click "Add".
11. Exit out of the Winzip list window by closing it.
12. The originally selected file is now Zipped.
