UNIVERSAL BUYING FORM (UBF)

SITE SPECIFIC   

INTRODUCTION
In addition to the standard application modules within UBF it is possible to provide Site Specific processing which integrates completely with the rest of UBF and which is launched from a common menu.

Use of a Site Specific Module should be considered whenever you require:

• Reporting or processing which is either not contained within UBF or when it is included but has a different sequence or contents to that required by your organisation
• Additional data capture and reporting
• Strategic processing which pertains to your organisation only
• or indeed whenever you need features or functions which are not contained in the core UBF product.

As the Site Specific module is completely separate to the other UBF modules it can be used as a vehicle to implement special processing or reports much more readily than if the processing were added to the core UBF product. Adding to the core product introduces delays due to the total size of UBF and the integration inherent therein.

PRICING
A nominal, one-time cost is charged for the creation of a Site Specific module and this cost will be used in determining Annual Support charges.

This nominal cost, generally speaking, covers the cost of the programming necessary to achieve the initial objectives of the module.

Additional features can be added to the module as required and the costs associated with providing these features will be advised to the user prior to commencement of programming etc.

Costs associated with any additional features will be added to the nominal cost of the module for the purpose of valueing the Site Specific module for Annual Support.

Upgrades to Site Specific modules will be done automatically as part of each release upgrade and they will be distributed in the same manner as upgrades to the core UBF product.

UPGRADES
Pricing for upgrades will be the same as for upgrades to the core product:

• Annual Support subscribers No Charge during support period

• Non - Annual Support subscribers Cost advised at time of announcement of General Availability of the upgrade.

LICENCE
Site Specific modules are licenced to a single site and are not transferable.
Copyright and licence conditions are the same as those applicable to the core UBF product, as amended from time to time.
