WHY
ANNUAL SUPPORT?
Changes are made to the UBF on a regular basis to improve performance and to add modifications to match the changing industry requirements. We also have a mailing list and send the latest UBF update to annual support subscribers.
For EANnet annual support subscribers full email and telephone support is available to achieve EANnet Ready Status which can be quite a steep learning curve.
