associated documentation are proprietary, copyrighted material and are protected
by copyright law.
No part of either the software or the documentation may be reproduced, transmitted, stored or translated or reverse engineered into any other computer or foreign language without the express prior written permission of dennis, keenan & associates pty ltd.
dennis, keenan & associates pty ltd (dka), the copyright owners of the software, and the Australian Brokers & Manufacturers Lobby (ABML), the joint copyright owners of the Universal Buying Forms, provides the software and associated documentation and licenses its use as per the enclosed licence agreement:
The user assumes responsibility for the selection of the software to meet their desired results, and for the installation, use and results obtained from the software. Except as explicitly provided for in additional agreements between yourself and dka & the ABML the license agreement allows you to:
-use the UBF software package on a single computer
-make such backup copies of the programs as required to support your use on a single computer.
LIMITATIONS

The software is provided as-is with no warranties whatsoever,
either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of fitness
for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of
the program is with the user. Should the software be defective, the user assumes
the full cost of any resultant repair or correction.
In no event will dka, the ABML or their agents, be liable to the user for any damages, including without limitation, lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the program, even if dka, the ABML or their agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
Please review the enclosed licence agreement before using the software.
FUNDING

On-going development and maintenance of the UBF software, in accordance with industry requirements and standards, is funded entirely from sales of the software.
No other form of revenue is available to enable this development to continue.
Your support in purchasing the software is appreciated and every effort will be made to protect your investment therein.
Adherence to the copyrights for both the software and the UBF stationery is vital to the on-going viability of the UBF and violations of copyright will be pursued to the extent of the law.
Your assistance in this regard is greatly appreciated and plays an important part in providing financial resources for the project.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

In order to install and use the UBF for Windows software you will require the following, minimum level of equipment:
Computer:
Pentium II or higher
64 MB RAM (Recommended 128 MB RAM)
Hard disk with 20 MB of free space (This will increase as you add data)
Monitor with minimum resolution of 800 x 600
Printers: Item Submissions & Price Change Submissions
HP Laser or equivalent
